I’m coming close to my first zeta, and currently my options are Vader merciless massacre, Crex unique, EP lead, and Bossk lead (Although I’m using BH less and I’m farming up Phoenix and empire)

Personally I go with rex so you can get his omi and that would be a very good team with just those. Vador is very good but all three are very important for soloing early game stuff tbh...
I'm thinking about the best usage until you are like 40 zetas in and coming up on 4 m etc.
Either that or built EP up and mara jade, go for star killer early as he can kill a lot and bring value in for cheap, visa and juhnani are musts though.

Yea but as good as vador is the one zeta isn't going to turn him into a good investment now. Especially since one zeta and rex will help him do assault battles and get thrawn and his ship. Vador s not great till he has multiple zetas and relics gear 12 pH with crex easily takes out vador team.
Also his ships are getting better and will help him do milf. For a second fleet for gac. Later.

you could make an argument either way, their gonna be getting another in like 2 weeks so it doesnt matter a lot, empire also has assault battle and a fleet

True it's just I rather rely on a team then vador until vador really well built up all it takes us out run ability block or stun and pile on so I feel that it's high risk low reward for similar things. Compared to a team. Also vador in tw isn't that good for geos once the Omni on and teams built up decent...where PHX is a b plus team with an Omni and one zeta.

It helped me a lot in early game Carbonite and the only reason I’m still in Carbonite is because Swgoh won’t pair me with some one with the same amount of gp as me

I am currently pretty early in as well. I did Vader as my first and have zero regrets.
The power spike was significant especially pairing it with giving him your best speed mods.
