#No connect button on my device

I have a problem, on my old phone i have an account. I would love to create and connect EA account to it, but when i clicj settings there is no CONNECT button.
Why is that? How to change it?

Thats becauee your account is underage. Please contact EA Help to age up your account if you are adult
