#Email Desync Issue

So this will be a little long winded but here we go. So originally I used email account, lets call it A, to access the SWGOH webstore and its associated with my SWGOH account. At the same time I had email account B which I used for origin (now the EA App) to play games on my PC. I lost access to account B so I had support change the email address for B on the EA App to A. I made the assumption this would merge the two accounts. Now my main problem, it did not. Now I am unable to access the webstore and it does not recognize my access to the SWGOH PC beta either (am able to download it but it won't sync with my account). I tried manually updating the EA app email to another thinking maybe that would revert the change and allow me to use the webstore again but it has not.

Anyone have any ideas? The support within swgoh has been pretty unhelpful, essentially saying there is nothing they can do. Reading up on the forums it appears there is in fact a way to merge accounts so I am unsure why they are telling me there isnt.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

login with google there... go to settings... disconnect from ea connect.... logout

then go ingame and connect to your ea connect mail
