IMO... Start Working on Bad Batch you can sorta pretend you're doing it for LV, and feel free to start working that way (LV and SEE grind synergize nicely) But the really real is that Marauder makes Negotiator a bit of a monster.

you can also work on Defender/Iden as well. Both bad Batch and Iden are great crossovers that strengthen both squad fights, and Fleets.

After that it's probably pick a GL time... If you go all in on Bad Batch... may be smart to get LV anyway... depends on how close, but if I was you I'd get Jabba ASAP for Smuglers run 2... it's just way to huge a boost to ignore.
