Ive recently unlocked JML and I'm farming for his ult I was think after I finish that I start farming for the leviathan cause I'm lacking in ships but I also have a lot of teams I could improve and build up better.

you feel closer to Profundity than Levi... and with Fury being PG it's a rough grind to get. Pushing ships is a good idea...

So I'd do three things here on your Roster.

I'd work on Bad Batch (LV reqs, great utility team and Marauder takes Negotiator to a different level)
Relic Iden. Not dissimilar to BB, at G12 she's good, but at Relic you can counter all three Premium fleets (some better than others)
Relic Zorri and grind out the Comupance... You have Rey... one toon elevates all the worthless Req toons and takes the Holdo fleet to a different level again.

It's three ships, no new full fleets but opens up a ton of counters.

After I get the BB team going should I work towards getting LV for my next GL?

up to you... that's a quick fleet touch up mostly. LV is a solid toon, but when you get there check and see where you are with JAba... Jaba is always the best choice if you don't have him and can get him.
