#What fleets should I use?

So I just unlocked Finalizer at 4 stars, and I don't really know how my fleet line-ups should look like. So far I have used Executrix with Geos and HT, TIE Advanced, Silencer and Kylo's Shuttle.
My first question is, is Finalizer better at 4 stars then Executrix at 7 stars?
The second question is, what two fleets should I use for GAC, and which one should I put on defense, which one should I use for offense?

Keep finalizer for offense
With silencer, shuttle, echelon in front and sf tie, fotfp, and the dagger in reinforcement

Put executrix on defense with the geos and ht and random other ships
