I have dash at R7 from profundity, and Mon mothma R5 from JML, by cheap I mean doesn't require kyber until G12, and require less than 100 carbantis

I don't use dash much in 5v5, but I sometimes use him in 3v3 with either Han and chewie (if I don't need them with CLS) or for example with old han & BAM as a decent extra team

Also, while not quite what you asked:
When/If you go after starkiller, you'll also end up farming kyle katarn there
Seeing as you already have Dash, that might be worth going after as a next farm
