After my Padme team, I’m planning on either Shaak ti clones, imp troopers or GG droids. Which team should I build first, and to what gear or relic should I get for each team before working on another one?

Some GL reqs require some of those characters higher

GG Droids
GG -> B1 -> Magna -> B2 -> Nute
Relics orders imo
For first relic overall, Vader is good. So is JKA (my first relic).

Is it fine if I leave characters at G12 and go make a new team, or should I relic them up first?

I think i would be best to focus on relicing while using other gear to g12 the others

Generally you want nute there. DDK is only better in TW with his omicron. Still a good fifth, but Nute is usually better, especially on offense.
