Hi ! Sorry i'm not good at english speaking. I need help but i don't know where to ask. In my guild, the leader is no longer active in the game. We want to change the leader without fire him but we don't know how to do that; I don't find how in the forum and in the help on internet.

If you raise a help ticket with CG they can remove him as leader but I think that he would also be removed from the guild but you can check with them.

You will need to create an EA account and then you can log in and raise a ticket from there

The only thing you can do is get the person you want as leader to create a new one and ask everyone move over to that one. If you explain it’s so the guild can be led better then I’m sure your guys will be happy to do it.

Hey Sorxas. I contacted CG in game and got them to change our guild leadership for the same reason - our original leader ghosted us. It took several attempts, but I found someone who could switch the Leader to me.
