Might be a bit risky, but you can do Defense Up and no Tanks at the same time. Just use Nightsisters without the Zombie. You can also throw in someone who does Armor Shred (GAS, Armorer, Sabine, CAT, etc) to work on that at the same time.

You can also work on ufu, inquisitor kills, armor shred (maybe 1 or 2 a battle depending on the team), and no tanks all at once just switch 9th sister out for 2nd sister

Armor Shred Option:

This squad gets Armor Shred in sector 5 pretty handily versus Phoenix. Took me two battles for 20, better and cheaper than other options I’ve seen.

Disks were Volatile Accelerator, Amplify Agony 2x, and some other debuff inflicting ones. Vitality helps.

Shoot Sabine first to stun. Mando lead feeds the squad tons of turn meter. The idea is to abuse Kanan’s Unique of regaining health whenever a debuff is applied to make the Phoenix immune to your attacks. They only die from the DOTs, but since Mando lead is giving you so much turn meter you take lots of turns before that happens.

You want to use Fennec’s and Skiff Guard’s second moves to inflict Armor Shred. Use Han to stun everyone around. If Skiff Guard or Fennec get dazed, use Skiff Guard’s or Beskar’s third move on them to get rid of it. If you don’t have Skiff Guard or Fennec, Captain Han is a good sub to remove daze with his second move. If you don’t have either, you don’t have any Scoundrels who can inflict Armor Shred, and should stop reading. Use Greedo to remove their turn meter. Greedo’s mass grenade and repeated basic also helps to give you a bunch of turn meter.

Make sure to not target Kanan past stunning him with Greedo so he doesn’t taunt, because you want him to stay alive from DOTs to abuse the mechanic with the rest of them.

This also should work with lower gear levels, because you’ll be lapping them from the start. If they’re somehow out speeding you, sub in Chewy in place of someone else to help give you more DOTs. The only thing you’ll have to watch for is them countering, which is why Han and Greedo (and Chewy) are there to stun them all.

If you don’t have Phoenix in Sector 5, sorry to hear it. There are other options out there for decent amounts of armor shred.

The approach I used was to build a non tank team that had armor shreds and would be able to beat the dc node. The armor shreds naturally happens as you finish the No tank feat and get the dc rewards. GR Jedi under JMK worked well to have both GAS and KAM getting armor shreds. A built up inquisitor squad could also work well since you’d also get the UFU global feat as well as the sector inquisitor kills on top of the No tank and armor shred.

Armor Shred - 16+ in one battle vs KRU node

Relic CLS, Han, Chewbacca, C3PO, g8 5* Sabine

Primary disks: Voluntary Vanguard, Volatile Accelerator, Amplify Agony

Secondary disks: Decay Critical, Fortified, Entrenched, other defensive disks

Take out Hux to start TM train, then anyone with AOE (Sith Trooper), get 3 stacks of translation on Sabine, keep KRU stunned/TM drained, C3PO basics only. Sabine should be able to armor shred every turn.

Easy inq kills against mon mothma, timeout to save stamina.
Disks: VA, AA ,Thermals, VV is all that is needed, Vitality for more AA damage.
Farm pathfinder for kills, mod for cc and DO NOT SHOCK HIM. Use basics and 5th brother second special only to avoid feeding too much tm, palp can have no mods
