They can punch up well above their weight, G9-11 works (love the Computron pfp btw)

Pretty good. I use them at G9 to beat OR and FO teams that are semi-reliced

But I don't think someone like you, in Carbonite, really needs Bad Batch. Mostly viable to make a quick team for when you get promoted a league up and are lacking teams

At relics they can do a lot, and are usually used to beat omi QGJ teams or raddus, though they can beat a bunch of weaker things too.
