Best mods for phoenix team?

There’s very little discussion of this because Phoenix is such an early game team that they become obsolete before optimizing mods is a big deal. Everyone gets speed arrows, tanks get defense sets, Ezra gets cc/cd or offense, Hera speed and defense, Zeb gets speed and potency.
