Zeb is the easiest. Focus him first in GW store. Kanan out of the squad arena store. Chopper out of the cantina store

You don’t really have much. Kind of on your way to a bounty hunter team or an empire team. You can level up vader bc he should be able to carry you for a bit on dark side. Put him with Tarkin and TFP
I would just focus Phoenix for LS. They’ll help you get palpatine and if you pick up Mara Jade you’ll have a decent empire team

As a general warning though, do not overgear the Phoenix team. Their usefulness really drops off quickly
Unless you happen to just really like them. Just be aware pretty much any other team can defeat them with little issues

They’re a pathway to better characters and provide early game stability for a number of events and GW. G8-g10 is sufficient

Even though Sabine’s shards are gotten from hard battles it is still worth unlocking her as she can quickly apply lots of Armor Shred, her basic attack is a multi hit so it can say remove multiple stacks of Resilient Defense from Mace Windu, her Bombs are really strong and they attack multiple enemies at once, what I am saying is that it is worth getting here to at least 5 stars

Hera, Ezra, Kanan, Chopper, and Zeb are by far the easiest and quickest to farm. Sabine is much more of a luxury farm, so early on I’d skip her just so you can get Thrawn and have some of the requirements for Palpatine

I think there are a lot more important characters to get from hard nodes than a character that just doesn’t have a lot of longevity. You do need her as a pilot but that can be 2 stars

Early arena is going to be filled with a lot of Phoenix teams. If you have a quick pivot to a much stronger team, it’ll help propel you to the next level

Get 5* ASAP so that you can do mod challenges. That Phoenix is easily starred makes them ideal for that, maybe the only team that can reliably do it at 50 when the challenges unlock.
And yes, Phoenix is hot garbage. They have three reasons to exist - 1. They’re the easiest team to start up. 2. They can do the entirety of Galactic War regularly. 3. They unlock Thrawn. Once you hit 85 and have Thrawn at 7*, they’re useless. Some of them aren’t as bad as the others, but none of them are good.
