I have a few questions here:
Are all of CLS’s zetas good?
What is the zeta order for CLS?
How should I fit those into the attached list?
What would you rearrange in this list/what doesnt really belong on the list?

yes, they're all good, but if you can scrimp on at least learn control if you're being stingy
I'm at 6.2m gp and I still haven't picked up learn control because I'm zeta poor
if it's just for CLS, I'd get IBAT first, then Rebel Manuevers second
if you're talking about the team, get Han's Shoots First first

I would bring Bossk lead above palp unique on that list
GBA lead isn't that necessary - sun fac dispels on basic so you won't be facing very many buffed enemies

Boosk lead should be move forward , gba didn't need his lead and can still do good honestly
And for starter bhs team , boosk need his lead

I agree with Invisible, Geos leadership is basically luxury, if enemies have buffs youre constantly dispelling them so the amount of offense you get is mostly worthless.
Piett 100% needs his unique, its the entire function of the Imp Troops
MJ 2nd special and Palp Unique are luxury for extra bulk for when you get SK nothing more
The BHs are very important, both bossk, greef, mando the highest of the bunch. Boba and Fennec unique are ok but not needed for the squad to do its thing
I would add GMY's special 3 to the bunch, give him TM for days
If you are zeta poor I would only do CLS's lead to help with the TM. His Learn Control zeta is moreso when hes G12+ otherwise defense stats arent really effective at low gear
