Hoda and wampa both have great utility. It’s a tough pill to swallow and since there is a source of free wampa shards I’d start with Hoda
You’d at least get a handful of the free ones from the event

I mean to maximize your currency, I would buy Hoda shards first since every 3 months you can get 20 free wampa shards. Unless of course you’re going to gear him immediately for GA
Once done with Hoda then I’d buy the remaining wampa
