Back into swgoh after years away. Feel like I’m farming aimlessly, been trying to 7* Maria for my emp team and am investing everything into geos for that team. Also side farming my bounty hunter ships.

Problem with returning is I’m really far down the arena and ships ladders so my crystals are at a real standstill

Am I making a mistake 😂

I guess what I want to know is what squads I should farm to hopefully catch up in my arenas, or is that never going to be possible with everyone using galactic heroes

Seems like when I was first playing getting to 7* was the grind, now you add relics and catching up is next to impossible

1. Your JKR team will be greatly elevated by relicing your Yoda and Jolee to R3-R5. Bastila can stay at the current level, and you can relic Kenobi and use him here for now. You could also use Ezra over Kenobi, if you want.
2. Unlock Darth Revan and relic both him and Bastila (Fallen). They're an incredible team. You could elevate them further by farming towards Darth Malak. I think you're almost there.
3. Build Geonosians, they will
   A) get you a good Guild, because they're used to earn Wat Tambor shards in TB.
   B) get you Padme at 7*
   C) get you great ships
   The level needed is G12, with R3 Spy for optimal Fleets or R3 GBA for optimal Wat.
   D) Work on Padme or Commander Luke.
   Padme team: Padme, Kenobi, Ahsoka, Anakin, Mace/C3
   Luke team: CLS, Chewbacca, C3, Han, C3Pac.

Meanwhile, make sure to invest all Guild Event Tokens into Malak and get him to relic asap. Afterwards, you could do Hermit Yoda to help your Jedi team. Keep in mind Kenobi would only be used with Jedi until Padme, then Ezra is used as a placeholder, then Hoda.

You would do well to check out #early-game-discussion and the threads + pins in it. It will be your new home until you develop your account further. There are a lot of people who can help you there

I have almost 60k unspent guild tokens ready for Malik that seems to be where my focus was when I stopped playing.

So I should invest into geos ships as well? I was under the impression they dropped off

They're great anyway, until you recover, and later on with Malevolence

Also cool that you have a stash of get1

Yea I spent all my get2 on kenobis ship and regret not going malev

It's a great ship anyway

But usually I'd suggest
5* Mal -> Nego -> 7* Mal

Because Mal is good even at 5*

Not that Nego isn't, but...
