So I kind of just discovered what the web store was and I want free stuff and cool offers to so I try to connect but the ‘ea connect’ button that it tells me to press is missing, I have seen a fair few people encounter this issue through my quick research, is there any way to fix this?

I have chat and can change my name, its also game center linked to my dads account so that shouldnt be an issue

When you made your account you set an age. So it depends on what was set there. I’ve seen the issue happen even if you can change your name or chat in game

would there be an area to see the age and possibly change it?

Not that I know of. You’ll need to contact support and they’ll be able to tell you for sure. You can provide information to them to remove it if that’s the case
