https://swgoh.gg/p/851226496/ is my second account. Currently, I'm trying to get Starkiller to R5, gear Visas to G12, gear Fives to R5, GG to R7, in this order. However, I considered going for a GL. The two I am eyeing the most, which would be fastest and helpful short-term are SLKR and SEE. Unfortunately, I'm very far from either, especially SLKR's ships. Do you recommend a GL farm, or do you have any other ideas?
In addition, I have the SK reqs at R5, some with no proper team. Eg. Kyle doesn't have a team; Talon and Dash teams are low-gear. Can Kyle work as a temporary 5th for JKR? And is the Traya team worth taking to G12?

I would have to say before you think about going for a gl, gear up the teams you already have. This means getting teams like droids, Jedi, 501st, and sith empire up to relics. Also, make sure to start farming those ships for not just FO fleet but also bounty hunter ships, so if you go for slkr or SEE, you have the amazing option of executor after. This is just my opinion, but it's my recommendation

What's the minimum gear on each character to make the teams you mentioned at optimal (but not necessarily the best) levels?

Yeah, for sure. For Jedi, take them to whatever level you want, but it helps more down the line for jml and such.
For droids, you can pass with pretty much just grevious at relics.
For sith empire, get the main 3 up to relics (those being DR, Fallen Bastilla, and Malak)
And for 501st, I'd honestly recommend taking them all to relics (including shaak ti) for CPit and tb
Though it is your account, and you can bring whatever characters you like to relics

He's usually wasted lol. Most of the time, Palp and Mara TM train the hell out of the enemy team and I win before he even gets a turn

Oh, and if you want, feel free to get a mothma, bando, and/or a prepared team up to like g12, since you have dash and Kyle.
Mothma is a good gateway towards jml and profundity

I'm not sure how long (I'm not good at time estimates) but I think it would be solid for your account at this point

Also, it would be a good jumping off point for SEE if you wanted to go for that afterwards

The ships are max a 2 month farm, 1 more month for BAM. Gear might take a bit

So as a tldr for what I've said this entire conversation, I'd say gear up some teams then go for executor, especially if your ships are struggling
