Don't focus too much on squad arena at the moment. You're low level and your first priority is getting your basic teams going for events, and getting the appropriate journey toons.

Besides, squad arena is not of high importance right now as there's no crystal payout for high ranking. The main PVP modes you will be focusing on is fleet arena (opens at level 60) and GAC (level 85). So just do what you can at squad arena now, and you'll improve the ranking there once your empire team gets online.

And don't farm Bad Batch now, it's not worth it for a new account. They are hard to gear and you will benefit more from some other teams at first before you dig into BB imo.
