Hey all just opening up a thread to see if anyone else is having issues with the Nova blade pro unable to duplicate inputs

there's been video proof of people duplicating their inputs to G keys in video reviews ( https://youtu.be/UAF3MCcUStY?si=4SzHfXlxPKHwAl5E )

and upon contacting corsair support was told that it was indeed possible to duplicate inputs

and on their video for the product they claim it isn't possible despite there being video proof of it working?

Just genuinely confused would appreciate any and all advice with this issue thanks gang

so far ive attempted

Making sure that the controller is on the latest firmware update check
Wired mode / wireless mode using the dongle check
Trying another cable check
both on a ps5 and pc check
trying to dupe a button thats not a direction button aka a face button (still doesnt work) check
