#Device memory mode

part number is ch-9206015-N. Didnt have a problem with settings being saved until recently. From what ive read, i need to toggle device memory mode on, but i dont have the option. Support just keeps telling me to fresh install icue but ive done that so many times.

when i start the pc, i have to open icue for profile to apply

winkey lock also turns off everytime i shut down
