#New PC build not booting up after Icue install

So I finished installing windows and first things I did was install firefox, some asus drivers and Icue. Finished the Icue installation process and pc needed to be restarted. My pc has not booted successfully since.

Issue may potentially have been solved but will wait till I’m sure before changing status to solved. There is something damaged on either the motherboard or CPU.
