Your tech-support and RMA process is a nightmare. You don’t have any ability to talk to an actual person and through the email process. I get a single email today asking a single dumb question that I immediately respond to and don’t hear back until the following day. This has been stretching out for over a week and I have a computer that is nothing more than a paperweight that was supposedly top-of-the-line I still have confidence that this is going to get resolved, but the process has been extremely painful and frustrating I would love to call and talk to somebody about this, but like I said, you don’t have the ability to do that
