I have done everything I can think of, slip stream, non slip stream, 3rd party programs to wipe I use totally off my pc, deleting old profiles, mobo updates.. you name it. The EW sliders are only working when plugged in and wireless mode sounds AWFUL. actually unusable. This randomly happened today for no reason.

i have! I reinstalled it like 4 times all very clean installs. 0 trace of icue on my pc whe n ireinstalled and the nforced the firmware updates on both things. still nothing 😦

FIXED IT
The issue was that when in wireles mode, the computer was connecting via bluetooth and it was not allowing the dongle to connect. i dsiconnected ym headset from the bluetooth devices in my pc and restarted icue
