i wish i could describe it more than "whenever i move my head or slightly touch the cord that connects the headset to the pc windows makes a usb disconnect sound followed by a connection sound"

as for the other issue whenever i turn the headset to wireless mode it suddenly has an extremely short battery life - it starts off normal but then no more than 1 minute later i get the "battery low" notification, when i plug the headset back in it also takes less than 1 minute to tell me that the charging is complete?

help please (: i am losing my sanity

the usb could be faulty or the actual headset itself its faulty

i moved the cord from a usb port on my motherboard to a usb port on the case and it doesnt make dissconnecting sounds anymore? shrug
