Controller is detected and works totally fine within iCue. I can change lighting and bindings fine and things like remapping face buttons to a key input or Windows volume adjustment work fine, but Windows nor any programs/things like gamepad tester will not detect it as a gamepad. Windows device manager detects it as Xbox 360 Controller for Windows but with an error icon that the device was unable to start.

I've tried every possible combination of uninstalling and reinstalling iCue and drivers and restarted PC, everything
my best guess is some sort of controller driver thing I have installed that's overriding it or something I really have no idea
Controller has worked totally fine with zero issues for the last 7 months and just randomly decided to stop working
only possible thing that's different I can think of is that I got a new keyboard and mouse recently but I'm not sure if I've used the controller since I got them
