Hello since a few weeks my memory is not recognized by the iCue software. A few weeks ago it worked fine and I could control the lightning effects. But now it won't recognize my memory anymore. I reseated the RAM and tried to update the iCue software but without any results. I hope anyone could help me out.

Looks like it has been resolved. As the website mentioned I had to uninstall other lightning software from other brands. Then I ran the iCue installer, choose to uninstall iCue software. Had to make sure the iCue software folder was empty and after that the iCue reinstalled, restarted my pc and recgonized my RAM again. Thanks. Ticket may be closed.
