I bought it online few days ago and it got delivered today, since i started using it the scroll wheel on the back of the left hear doesnt increase or decrease volume, and i cant find anywhere to bind something on it with iCUE. I need help!

is it supposed to increase the volume of the headset or the system itself? Its maybe where i have my issue
i hope its the headset volume because im at 11 on my system and its still loud in the headset
