Is it fully charged? Did you try plugging the USB into different ports?

Can you help me?
My headset regularly cuts the sound for no apparent reason. I've tried everything: forums, videos, everything to solve the problem. I've forced updates for everything that can be updated, but my headset, bought new for over $300 less than 24 hours ago, isn't working properly! It is advertised to have Bluetooth functionality, but after doing some research, it's mentioned in a Corsair FAQ that this is not the case... It's not a big deal, as the issue isn't entirely caused by your wireless technology, since even in wired mode, the headset still cuts the sound randomly!
