Hey all, I’m using a H150i AIO cooler with a icue link system hub setup. I attempted to play AC:Valhalla and when ubisoft connect opened, iCue crashed with a pump failure. I restarted and tried again, and the same thing happened. Anyone know what’s happening here or how to fix?

hearing that someone else is having AIO cooling issues when using Ubisoft Connect makes me feel there’s some issue with Ubi or iCue, i’ve been having the same repeater issue now that whenever i play siege that my pc would start flashing red on everything RGB and the hub would overheat

one thing that i have done tho to prevent it from overheating was i made a preset in iCue that makes all my fans and the AIO work at its fullest speed and when i do that, it doesn’t seem to overheat

Yeah it's very bizarre. I don't play many ubisoft games luckily but I hope it's not indicative of a larger issue.

i’ve only had ubi games that made my system to overheat i would play and do other tasks that are much more intensive and wouldn’t have that kind of issue

Yeah i've run various games that push my GPU and CPU both to high load percentages and ~80C temps with no issues, but opening Ubisoft connect at all causes a crash
