I am having sound problems with my new headset. It started when I first bought it, but after downloading iCue, it worked, although it never sounded very good. I read everywhere and watched YouTube videos about how great the sound quality of this headset is supposed to be, and I am a bit disappointed. Now I also have the problem that the sound quality is really bad and I hear a hissing noise in the headset. I don't know what is causing this, and I need help.

Have you set up soundid and Dolby atmos and all that iCUE stuff?
