Hello Everyone!
Im having a little bit of a problem with my Mousepad...
The mousepad i have is "MM700 RGB"
So the problem is: I recently Checked for updates for my Mousepad but i also clicked on "Browse for Firmware"
After i clicked on "Browse for Firmeware" the device Box of my Mousepad dissapeard and it opened a new Hard disk which only contained one File, named "Firmware"
Also my RGB stoped working after that (The rgb from my Mosepad)
I already tried to reinstall the programm 2 times and i also contacted the support per E-mail, but they sadly couldn't give me the solution for my problem.
I looked up on the internet but i couldn't find a solution there aswell.
I would realy appreciate it if somebody could help me with that issue
