Update : After restarting my PC the keyboard is seen for a couple of minutes, then it just disappears on the app

try switching the port of it

i.e. put them in different places

Oh amazing that worked, just switched them around and that seemed to do it. Thanks for the help!

i have the same problem but with my new mouse, ive tried some different ports but doesnt show up, shows on pc devices but not icue

anyone has any idea what i can do to fix this, ive tried repairing icue aswell
