Help Needed with iCUE H60x RGB ELITE Fan Speed Control

Hi,

I have a CPU cooler model iCUE H60x RGB ELITE, and I control it through the CORSAIR iCUE COMMANDER CORE XT. I need help because, although I have managed to get the RGB effects to work on both the fan and the liquid cooling block, the iCUE application does not detect the liquid cooling block. I can only change the RGB from the COMMANDER, which detects it on RGB port 6.

The problem is that I can't control the fan speed, which is what I'm most interested in. Is it possible that with this model, the fan speed cannot be controlled as I've seen in some videos, or is it configured incorrectly?

If you have a Commander Core XT, check the following: there should be 2 cables coming from each fan, one is RGB and one is fan control. Make sure you have both of the RGB cables plugged into the 'RGB HUB' side of the Commander Core, then make sure both of the fan control cables are plugged into the 'Fans' side of your Commander Core.
