Can anyone tell me , how can i fix this because i want to disable the leds and config my headset...
He shows on the software, not in firmware.

If it doesn't work, try removing the device & driver through "Device Manager" in Windows.

Open Device Manager, and under Sound, video and game controllers click on the Corsair adapter. Then under View select Devices by Driver, it should show you which driver is being used by the device. Uninstall both of them and disconnect the dongle from the PC. Then do a full power down cycle (flipping power switch & holding down power button to drain system from power), and then turning the PC on again. When in Windows, install the USB dongle again and see if iCUE recognizes it.
