Hello, I always used my left buttons on my mouse for push to talk but i can't use it anymore? i did all i know and on google their is nothing that can help me. Now i only can use my right buttons but i dont like that. I want it to be on the left side thats better for me. I tried Icue but i can't find it their can anybody help?

I'm not sure if the settings are different for your mouse but in iCUE (I'm using my M75 since it's also an ambidextrous mouse), if you go to Device Settings, is the "enable all side buttons" switch on?

Out of curiosity, do those buttons work for anything else? Like I can use it to go back/forward on a web browser by default.
Or is it set in your iCUE to only do push to talk?

Yes, you'll click on the device, device settings, and that setting should be in there
