Recently picked up one of https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/pc-components-accessories/cc-8900683/gpu-anti-sag-bracket-black-cc-8900683 for the ol’ 5000d airflow and as I’m installing, I can’t quite seem to figure out how the back of the bracket should be interacting with the rear of the case. It looks like I might need to snip a a few mm of the sheet metal in the back that’s part of the vert mount io covers(I’m not using)with some snips, but thought I make sure before it’s permanent. Since this bracket is basically a myth, there’s little guidance I can find online. Someone out there in PC Part Land has surely done this exact install and if you see this, h e l p. life_support

CORSAIR

The CORSAIR GPU Anti-Sag Bracket is a sturdy and versatile solution for preventing GPU sag, with variable height and compatibility with even the heaviest cards.

Dremel did the trick. Tons more airflow now.

I'm adding it here to the Corsair 5000D Airflow...

So it just sits there. I’m definitely not leaving the vert io covers off though.
