I'm not sure why, but after I turn my computer on, or after my computer wakes from sleep, the keyboard's lighting effects are at 0% brightness. Is there a way to change the default brightness when it awakes or turns on? I've tried resetting my profiles, and saving my Hardware Lighting to 100% brightness, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

in iCue click on your keyboard, then click on Device Settings. Make sure the brightness is turned up in there.
