I'm glad you saw the notice about our support staff having some time off to enjoyt the holidays with their loved ones.
They did only just get back into the office at a fuller capacity on Tuesday so they're working through the backlog! I'm glad you were able to get some help through live chat, that's usually a good sign you'll see something soon.
