#HS55 Stereo Not Enabling Microphone When Plugged in.

I have a one jack headphone and for some reason whenever I plug into my laptop I immediatly am met with only the headphone working, rather than the microphone and headphone working despite me setting it as a headset.

Really don't wanna return this.
