#ICUE issue since today's update (5.4.98)

Hello there ,

I have issues with ICUE software since today's update (5.4.98 ) : it does not work anymore.

Today I have updated the software, and it told me to reboot my PC, and I did it.

After rebooting, I noticed that ICUE did not launch automatically as usual, so I tried to manually launch it, and it said : "impossible to execute the code , because Qt5WebEngine.dll is missing"
ICUE.exe (system error)

Then I tried to uninstall it to install it again to try to fix the issue, and it's impossible :

  1. I have tried the windows uninstaller ( the uninstall option is grey, I cannot click on it )
  2. I have tried the windows uninstall troubleshoot : cannot find ICUE in the list
  3. I have tried a third party app : "Revo uninstaller": cannot find ICUE in the list
  4. I have tried the uninstaller program in my ICUE folder and it does not work
  5. I also have tried to use the uninstaller option from the ICUE install.exe

Would you have a fix for this please ? I have tried everything, and it is the first time it happens to me.

Go to safe mode, delete corsair folder in C:\Program and C:\Programdata. Back to Windows and reinstall (repair) icue

If I just delete the folders is it ok ? since it is not a clean uninstall

Should I delete stuff in the registory or something ? I am afraid of doing something wrong

Sure, it is not required to delete corsair reg. But better to do so

Well ... I am very bad at doing that sort of things I am a total newbie so I guess I am screwed xD
