For now, you should look at intervalometers
Or Remote shutters
This is what i used in my beginnings. Its a small controller you can plug in to your camera, and it automatically takes the photos, continuously
Some new cameras also have that feature, built in of course
I forgot my tripod aaaaaah
Sad beano
V sad
@jagged lake i've moved from analog photo to buying analog music
I don't even have a way to play them yet
Records?
yes
I don’t need to buy any 😀
I listen to old people music mostly and all that was already purchased by family
Not MINE tho
my partner has a collection but her player broke a few years ago so i figured i can pick myself up a few and it would convince me to buy her a new player
Mhm
i feel like I should do some research
but I also wanna buy a sony unit
and sony only sells one new model so it would be easy to just buy that
my dad has a bunch of old person music on vinyl that hasn't been touched in probably 30 years
no idea what he's got
Yeah my grandpas got some really old stuff
Some signed too which is neat
Also not really much idea of what
But there’s hundreds of records and cassettes and cds
Walmart :3
Their record players are pretty decent tbh
Me and the wife have one from walmart and its held up surprisingly well
I'd rather not
Why? Lmao
I don't shop at walmart
They arent bad quality. And the price is pretty decent for what it is tbh
Oh
Uhhhh
Hmmmm
Amazon then?
😂
i mean
I understand how to exchange money for goods
that isn't a question
the question is what player to get
Hmmmmmm
aka i need to research
I am scared
Xray
Film
no flying but security
I haven’t taken it through yet and I won’t if it’s a serious thing
But AAAA I want to take pictures
@feral vector sorry to ping but would this be ok?
FWIW it’s 200 ISO
probably? I sent my film through the newer CT style machines and it turned out mostly fine (lower sensativity was minimally of unaffected)
Ask if they can hand check film. But if you send it through once it's probably not the end of the world
yeap
Alright thanks
Yeah it’d only go through once
And I may not even bring slr
Just disposable
Maybe
Ok it looks like 200 is fine
Editable at the very least
bro
if you want to take pictures
just do it
the day i was without my cameras
was the day i saw much more stuff i wanted to photograph
for reallll
But security so hassle sometimes
it’s not the filters, I just use basic UV
and I’m already there and there’s not a photo shop
I’m most worried about xray film but it seems probably fine
Especially on unshot film
So spensive
Nice
Even entry $500
Uhm
Than nikon dslr
Are really good
And you can get some tank cameras for nice price
The d5000 series is a good start
Hey is someone from France around ?
Or Europe
Knows a camera store other than Amazon that delivers in France ?
Gotta go used dslrs
You will get better deals on old bodies and lenses
Of course, advantage of a mirrorless body is you can use new mirrorless lenses or adapt (D)SLR lenses
And mirrorless will be lighter, better AF, better video
But if the primary objective is stills, later DSLRs still take fantastic images
Yeah photo only
also that you wouldn't be investing in a dying line of glass
and that the glass you bought will likely depreciate a lot
There's tons of good glass for Nikon and canon dslrs that can be had for great prices these days
yeah yeah that's where the adapter comes in
otherwise dslr and dslr glass isnt a good long term investmt
I suppose
Some people have been using the same lenses for the better part of 20 years
But it really depends on Beano's budget
what i mean is once you have the money for mirrorless glass you can upgrade. because mirrorless glass will always be superior
If it's closer to $1000 than $500, definitely look into the used mirrorless territory
ehh a canon R6 is getting cheap now
A lot of canon dslr glass gets a performance upgrade on mirrorless systems
Define cheap
I know mpb isn't gonna have the same deals as marketplace or Craigslist, but R6 is like $1500
R5 is still ~$2500 😭
yeah you're right
R10 would be a good choice
but a 90 isnt really cheaper either
and you lose quite a bit of "modern" features
I would get full frame for used dslrs, personally
i know nothing about nikon z system, but I think I saw a Z50 or something in the $600 range
i would never as a first camera
bigger sensor = more betterer
yes but no, plus 12-18mpix APSC is enough
https://www.mpb.com/en-us/product/nikon-z50?page=2
i know nothing about this but the price seems aight
prolly equiv to the M50 tbh
eos m50?
id go for the r10 or R50 personally
yez
really depends on @jagged lake budget
Idrc about that. Up to this point I’ve bought stuff that’s been discontinued since the 90s
SLR lenses
The body, 50mm, and 70-200mm were free so ofc I’m saving money!!!!
AAAAAAH
I mean I can spend a lot but I’m only a beginner so I’d rather not do a ton
Not spending $500-$800 on just a body rn
What are great prices to you? I just got a 28mm for $10. My telephoto was like $40. 70mm zoom $60
My dad has a few DSLRs, one of them being the Nikon D750.
What DSLRs would people recommend for using as a webcam along with taking general photos?
None, you risk damaging your sensor because a dslr isn’t meant for long videos
And if you don’t have any of those youll need a capture card
What body tho
If you’d like to learn on an slr sure, but it’s gonna be a mountain of a learning curve
Without mentioning needing to wait to know your results
If you don’t care about that, my first camera was a 60D, it’s old but it works, and you can find any lens you want
I’d recommend MPB, it’s nice to actually see the product you buy and to know pros tested it beforehand
Basically canon lineup is X000, cheapest, X00, more premium, X0, best APSC and X is the full frame lineup
The first number kinda indicates generation, so you could get the 70 or 80D that are newer
It certainly is
But it’s fun
And this is COOL
I’d love to have full frame digital but that’s $$$$$
Your slr lenses are easily adapted to modern mirrorless bodies
Oh?
AF also seems cool tho, these are entirely manual. Fun, but hard
Camera just does auto shutter speed, I believe it does auto aperture but I’m not sure and haven’t messed with it
I don’t think you understand the pain of not seeing your pics directly can be, it’s fun but only if you know your way
Rip
I think it’s gonna be cheaper to just get a digital body but you do you
Analog is fun but you can't always guarantee you get the shot
I got some good ones today tho I believe
Dirt is right, mirrorless is the future
I figured both were present and mirrorless was just fancier- that mirrorless wouldn’t replace dslr
If you can expand your budget to closer to $1000, you can get a mirrorless body and a Minolta MD adapter and start with your old lenses
Nobody is making new DSLRs (except Pentax sort of)
It just has way more failure points
A dslr’s life is probably limited to 120k shots while mirrorless could get you 500k+++
More failure points is a strong word
People use canon dslrs up to like a million shots
The manufacturer rating is "we basically guarantee every unit will hit this number of frames without failure" kind of number
It's a conservative CYA rating
But yes, moving mirror is a failure point
And buying a heavily used dslr is a gamble
Mirrorless is safer
Yeah, reminds me of probability problems with hard drives
I'd argue you can start with a body, maybe a 50mm AF lens, and get an adapter for your old glass
they have to take the lower 10% as the limit, so 90% will fail after that limit
I'm sure lower end bodies have failure points closer to the manufacturer specifications
But professional tier like the 1DX and 5D can go well past what canon lists them as
Also replacing a mirror is kind of a common practice
Mmmm ok
Alright
I wouldn’t go over 70k personally
Would be unsure of number
Unless there’s an “odometer”
MPB for example lists shutter count
There is, it’s harder to know on dslrs
At least on canon dslrs models I've shipped for
Idk if people can reset or fudge the shutter count
Nope
macprobook
lol $10
But it's where I've been looking for used cameras
Mainly because they photograph and list specs of each individual item
Also- photography is side hobby still. PC main hobby. Don’t want to go broke with photos
Is that a local store or something
Website
Well it’s expensive, you can’t get around that
No idea
You could get like a 70D for $300
I know, real helpful
EF-S is gonna be cheap
Full frame keeps them the same?
Yes
Same as 35mm?
Aps-c is like a 1.6x factor?
Yep
Full frame digital is the same size as a 35mm standard exposure
Full frame is probably what I want depends on price
Full frame is gonna be more expensive
And you have to use full frame glass (also more expensive)
Aps-c bodies take crop and FF glass
Mhm
I am going to buy FF eventually because I am stupid
Also I'm not a big fan of the aps-c cameras I have used
Although I think the a6400 is particularly bad with software so there's that
But I'm already buying full frame EF glass for my SLR, so may as well stick to FF EF bodies
Unless I can find a used canon R5 for under $1500
How are these?
Microcenter?
@ember plaza doesn't seem terrible for the R50 kit?
So it's even cheaper than those prices for you?
Look up some reviews of R50 but honestly that's not too bsd
T7 is under $400
Also a Minolta adapter is like $30
I know that
R50 still apsc?
Mhm ok
T7 apsc?
Rebels are apsc
*except analog rebels
Which are FF
I'd save up for the R50 personally
Like Beano, if you can pick up an extra shift or two to make up the difference, it's worth
I would skip the content creator kits
What's the return policy
At mc since I’m employee it’s iffy
On new items?
What's the return policy for plebs
Do cameras have a restocking fee
Nothing does
I'd look at some reviews, but R50 is probably the starting point
And again, it will allow you to use your Minolta lenses
Plus
Your telephotos are mulitplied
So even better for wildlife
(just have to deal with manual focus tho)
Also I'm guessing that sale price will probably be back
So don't feel compelled to get it immediately
Good point
I didn’t think of that
Was worried about the wides
Like my 28
I already do
Not stupid wide, also I can stitch
40ish
I’d need a new wide lens
Eh
pancake or fisheye is fun
Does MC sell any without kit lenses
?
Pancake is just a thin lens
Just lenses?
Just bodies
oh ok
Although kit lens is probably a good value for starting out
High end yes
I'd probably stick to the basic R50 kit
You could save a little buying it used
But you also get the kit and fill warranty and mc return period and your discount
And you get an AF lens to use immediately
Oh you haven’t seen my a7r5 yet
Gib
Bigger sensor means you need more glass, that is more complicated and heavy
We need more megapixels for scanning 120 and 4x5 film
All the 240mp of the tilt shift
What do you think of the R50 kit he listed
Yeah it’s not bad actually
Just have to know the limitations of entry level cameras
I don't think it's too bad
They have an r100 but my understanding that's proper entry level
@jagged lake https://versus.com/en/canon-eos-r10-vs-canon-eos-r50
Nope
I usually don’t like this site but it’s interesting for cameras
I don’t have a newer pic but imagine the R5 on the second pic
Can’t be heavier than an overloaded SLR camera bag 😀
Not tilt shift sorry @feral vector, PIXEL SHIFT
I forgot the word
Aaaa
Yeah but it’s more the price that’s a problem, DSLR FF lenses are 700+ each and mirrorless 1000+, with zooms reaching in the 2000s
Glass is expensive
Why me
@feral vector don’t you have pixel shift on the A7IV ?
Well yeah it’s essentially just glass, no electronics or stabilization
Exactly
You could shoot with old stuff, but remember that those lenses were made for film, not ultra sharp sensors like today’s
And it’s a pain to use for anything that’s moving obv
Yeah don’t get rid of it, I’d go back to it once you took some photography level and feel confident in your shots
Before having to manage all the extra inconveniences from film
1.2 newer USB version
Idk, it's not my camera
yes
are you from france ?
Who does that much anyway
bruh
over the lifetime of a camera body that isn't that much
you'd be suprised what you can shoot in a day on digital
Idk
Where
Where in the pic is your apparent dead pixel?
Ew no im Belgian
If you did astrophoto, it can be a hot pixel and it’s normal, it can be cleaned up easily tho
camera confused me yesterday
went to #37
probably messed something up loading it
or Kodak loaded another frame by accident
Also got a couple before 1
It’s like S, •, 1
You can sometimes get 37 or even 38 frames
My camera only lets me get 36 because it's auto loading
Cool nice :)
Didn’t know that
One of the downsides of automatic cameras lol
yep. 38 is usually the limit, but i'd bet you can probably get 37 out of most rolls
Military memorial
@verbal laurel Ordered the z 180-600mm lens.
Ohhhh
Yeap
Give to mee
Where did you found it ? Or is the wait list from b&h?
Waitlist Adorama. Wife did it for Fathers day.
:kek:
Is just sad that nikon can't keep up with the 180-600
Demand
And why the prices in Europe are almost 400 more than US
Let's hope for that
It just be like that man
Are you doing animal photography now ?!
:/ I was think in buying in Europe, but that 400 more makes de price get too much closer to Brazil price
Ive always done animals, but yeah. Trying to get birds and im also planning Blue Angels air show end of September.
Should try some moon photos
200mm VERY cropped from 45mp down to like 11 IIRC.
Making me want your camera
I need big zoomy
I like birds.
bird mode on the Nikon Z8 is just insane.
well, Bird Auto Focus.
It does people, "Animal" for Cats and dogs, Birds, Cars and Planes.
😍
Ah ok
Nikon could do as Sony does
And make a app
So we can use smartphones
As monitor on usb
It does a great job finding the birds eye.
I cant wait for this 600mm to arrive. 400 more mm to play with.
Oh you only have 200 rn?
600 mm works on portraits too
Hey CK, do you know what brands are doing lenses for the Z mount ?
Yeah 70-200mm. I ordered the 180-600mm but it’s back ordered. Estimated a few weeks but we will see.
I think sigma is authorized now but only does DX models.
Uhmm
It’s rumored that tamron does a few of the z lenses but Nikon branded. A lot of the non-s ones like 24-70
Well, tamron have a z mount lens
So would not be weird
The problem with Z mount still the price
Yeah. It’s still new and so much better than F mount. Probably also why people love the 180-600 so much. Great range for the price and awesome quality.
What camera body CK
I even have train mode 🙂↕️
Woah cool
Nikon Z8
I also got transformer mode
I've been looking into cheap either SLR or DSLR cameras
I thought you didn’t have any money left after that distro block
For the future smh
Well photography is a bottomless money pit, but if you want that sure !
This is true. “And a new lens was released” damn it…
Hahaaaaaa I don’t have THAT problem!
ND filter. Polarizer. Plenty of other shit.
Digital is cheaper over time
I can't wholeheartedly recommend analog unless you have a local lab with reasonable pricing
I've seen what some people spend per roll for development and scanning and it's way too much
ends up being like $30 a roll some places
What is reasonable pricing
$4.50/roll for color film processing is my local lab
I pay like $8-$9 to buy the roll, $8.99 for dev, $6.99 for scan (may be other way around)
and we scan at home
You would need a camera
Seems easier than home dev
or desktop scanner
Aaaaa
Digital is me soon
how about printer scanner 💀
Guess I could try it
But also don’t you need software? Software is expensive
if you get the digital body
you would probably want one of these
I cannot find on MPB rip
assuming you get APSC
It would need an adapter of course
alternatively, canon opened up RF to 3rd parties recently and a slew of RF-S lenses were announced
Fucking finally
Took them long enough
@jagged lake loading, but simplified
when loading, the camera also reads the DX coded ISO on the cannister and adjusts automatically
on the one hand, its a lot less satisfying than manual winding
on the other hand, its pretty fuck-up proof
Mhm
I see that GN coaster
it even can include PC master race
since editing programs
as @tepid spire said once, Telescope
is that a sick fucking joke
150$ FOR FUCKING GRID LINES
AND ITS NOT EVEN A7RV COMPATIBLE
they must be self-aware right
lol
this is stunning
Just noticed there’s a photography thread 🤦
Salessss
Mart of Wal
Yes
It works for almost anything aside from state regulated items
So yes it'll take off sales
Idk
Or just the disposables
Sony things
Sony shenanigans
Not manufacturing, or not coming out with new ones?
Not releasing new ones
I think Pentax is still developing new DSLR and at least is manufacturing new units for retail.
Canon and Nikon probably manufacturer some low end models for retail (or new old stock???), but R&D is all to mirrorless mow
Ahh ok
pay for grid lines ?
wtf
just use a pen and mark the grid lines using a ruler
Xd
put them on your filter lol
lol
Soo
I’m hearing APSC on canon is smaller
Is that a big deal
Or no
what about resolution or PPI with it
of course it’ll likely be more than film
Hm?
Aps-c is smaller than full frame
Thats what makes it cheaper

Oh
Canon's aps-c is slightly smaller than the competition
However it's not gonna make a real world difference
Nikon/Sony aps-c is 1.5x crop
Canon aps-c is 1.6x crop
Doesn’t work like that unfortunately because light bends around objects
You’d use pixel size in micrometers (μm) for that, PPI is used when you print something out, and you can print it different sizes
Also you shouldn’t really worry about that unless you are printing something out, instagram will always crush your photos to 1080p basically
I don’t even have insta
I would be printing some but usually if not always 4x6 so I assume it’s fine
Aps-c sensors are still plenty big
Mate I printed a 120x90 or something with 18MP so it’s plenty fine
Only thing is noise and being able to crop, but it’s more of a convenience than a real need
Ok ty
One is not like the others...
True, it gives amazing Bokeh shots though
Yesterday I saw that many of this lenses was "based" on zeiss
@jagged lake nikon have some aps c miroless really cheap
Yeah, not the best workmanship, so mine the diaphram sometimes would just not work. I found a spares only one on ebay and fudged the diaphram into this one an its been OK Since
Like the z50
👀
like how cheap
Yeap
But Amazon is not the best place to buy cameras
@feral vector does the R50
Changed the lens mount
From dslr ?
Cause the biggest problem with nikon Z line, still the lenses, not much 3 parts
And nikon glass still expensive
Mirrorless systems all use different lens mounts
Like there aren't many lenses?
Canon RF is in a similar situation
First party lens support is pretty good these days
Yeap
Most of they are from nikon
So prices tend to be higher
But a lot of users still rely on a RF to EF adapter to use older glass
In lens part I think Sony is better
All new stuff I see laughing for the e mount :_
Sony has been leading the mirrorless era
They have a far more robust lens ecosystem
Yeap
My problem with Sony is the camera price and size
It looks like a toy
I know is not that fragile
But look nikon or canon
They cameras even miroless looks like a tank
Olympus and Panasonic (lumix) for micro 4/3rds
Hehe
I don’t think I want 4/3
Olympus and fuji also have really good cameras for the money
I think apsc at least
Bruh we forgot about fuji
I love full frame but man expensive
There is also fuji
But I say if you buy Fuji, get medium format
Here in the West side of earth
I think you will need some tetanus vaccine after that
yeah LOL
It’s been sitting around for the better part of 100 years
which is just WILD
I've seen less rust in a bucket of iron oxide
But if you want to restore it easy
Use tomato keytechup
Ketchup *
Limon you would need to heat the parts so yeah, not good
@feral vector nikon have adapters but the only 2 version is good
Yet, still missing a motor so could use really old lenses
And autofocus
Now With Wi-Fi The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i is a user-friendly and multi-function mount to satisfy all your needs for astronomy, astrophotography, and time-lapse photography. i can see many stars here in my city even with high ligh polution, i imagine how it would be without the streets lights
Bug
Big Bug
OMG
Be glad you aren't in the east USA right now
Dual cicada broods emerging right now
There's trillions of them
oh no
hey @feral vector what resolution/mp count do you use for film scans and what would be recommended
Current shop I use does 1536x1037 which is roughly 1.6mp
Idk if it’s enough because I’m noob
We use a Sony a7iv
It's like 30 or 33mp
However my roommate does want to upgrade to the R line at some point
a7r4 or a7r5
The thing is
For 35mm film
More than 30mp is basically pointless
We shoot 35mm, 120 format, and large format 4x5, which is where a higher resolution camera would be nice
For 35mm, something like the canon R50 is probably fine. You just need a decent enough quality macro lens, and a dark environment
@ember plaza has a much more expensive camera body
yes
i am in financial dept
tbh you could get away with 20mp, a macro lens and upscaling
upscaling became much better lately
you could get cheaper extension tubes if you want
20mp class sensors are fine for 35mm scanning
yeah, but the macro/extension is mandatory
Oh yeah you need macro
I assume macro crop lenses are cheaper but I've never looked
yeah i have the sony apsc one, light as a feater lmao because its 200 bucks
not much glass in there
My lenses are NOT light
138g lol
oh neither my zooms
heaviest lens is defenitely the noct
One or two of mine are over a pound
only 9k€ and 2kg :p
And I carry 5 lenses in the bag
Chonk
That is beautiful nikon lens
"I'm no rich, I'm just financially irresponsible "
Yeah the X2D is pretty good, considered switching but the lenses are too expensive
And the range of zoom lenses are even lesser on medium format
But I mean
With a 200
On a 100 mp sensor
Just crop it to 700
You would probably be ok
Nope, but is like a supercar, no need, but we want
Exactlyyyyy
That’s most people in this server
and you're their leader
or taco is

Well you are…
I don't think so
welllll i use my camera for a little more than just hobby
Yeah
👀
I want
And you tell me I need to save....
I said want, not need
It won’t fit in my system
I have no bills or expenses yet
I am already saving
Soooo
My grandpa has an old canon dslr
I think 8MP
From some time early 2000s
I think it’s an eos of some kind
Would it be worth looking at
Or maybe a rebel
They're all EOS 😂
Electro optical system
Ohhh
I think EF is electronic focus
RFis reimagined focus
RF feels like a real stretch
At least EF made sense in the 90s
Yes and no
If you don't care about video, and you want full frame on a budget, there are some great EF cameras from the 2010s
But you would be buying into a dead lens ecosystem
Canon dslrs were pretty popular tho, so there are tons of used lenses on the market
But all the R&D is put into mirrorless systems
Afaik same with nikon
Tons of used and high quality DSLR lenses on the market (some is still manufactured new)
But all r&d is to mirrorless
I plan to buy a canon dslr because I am stupid
And I will eventually buy a canon R5 (mirrorless) when a used unit goes for maybe $1200?
Already doing that remember
- buying used ancient SLR lenses is different because they're cheap af
- if you get the canon RF camera, you can buy into new mirrorless lenses, or get used DSLR lenses with a quality adapter
And mirrorless can adapt to pretty much any dslr or SLR lens
We recommend the mirrorless models because of the versatility
Alright
Also very high quality autofocus
Why can’t dslr adapt?
Physics
Forgive me for I am drunk
(it is my Saturday)
Aha
Dslrs have a mirror between the lens and the image sensor
That means DSLR lenses are designed for a specific distance between lens mount and sensor
Ohhh
Mirrorless lenses are much closer to the sensor than DSLR lenses, cause no mirror
So they don’t care?
So adapting a DSLR lens to mirrorless system can be as simple as adding a spacer
But putting a mirrorless lens on a DSLR body is impossible since mirrorless is designed to be much closer to sensors than is possible with DSLR
And DSLR lenses on not native DSLR bodies doesn't work cause you have to add a physical adapter which fucks with the spacing
$700 for body is a lot tho
For me
Is the R100 really that bad though? Wouldn’t it still be better quality than anything else I have?
It’s only $350, much much better
Aw fuck, I did it @deft garden @jagged lake @ember plaza

I do have a 70-200mm minolta macro, it would work on mirrorless for film scanning right?
- you'd need an adapter
- yes? But keep in mind old lenses can lack I sharpness compared to modern lenses
figured
Also what's the minimum focus distance on it
Nice set congrats man !
Also you’ll discover the wonderful feeling of spending on gear and your photos not improving
Cost per shot is about to plummet
Also dynamic range should improve
Nice
Heheh " I'm not rich, I'm just financial irresponsible "
Is like a powerfully pc
I can’t stop thinking about that
I’m at like $0.70 now
Is BAD
I have a lot of film to go through
And anything I care about will be on film
Digital allows me to screw around
Film is just fun
It really is
Like you switch to full frame, thinking your photos will be much better after that, they won’t
It just improves low light as it’s a bigger sensor allowing for lower iso in low light conditions correct
Sure but in practice it doesn’t really change anything, it’s been proven
ISO performance sure, iso is finer on FF, but you would also have improved ISO with a newer apsc sensor compared to a DSLR one
That’s also true personally I prefer asp c for my type of photography (wildlife) because of the crop factor
Hehe
Oops I slightly overspent this month
Figured out proper loading technique and now I got 37 again
I don't even count any more
XD
That 180-600Z would really leave a mark in my savings
But well
I hope it made me happy
No get a flash
Except if you wanna use the viewfinder
Rotaté 90°
I think I will just cut off the wood piece
Or just remove when need view finder
I mostly did this so I can use my camera and smartphone to take some pictures of night sky, at same time while sharing the tripod
I had to get a grip for mine, more for when I try and use larger lenses. Like the silly macro lens, which needs an efs to efm adaptor.
I need to do the silly setup again on it for night sky stuff
@verbal laurel the z 180-600 arrives at my place Tuesday between 12:30 and 2:30.
and yes, it attacked me
that's a rooster no?
It is
Bunch of Heihei
Heihei?
From Disney's Moana. hes the chicken, voiced by the one and only, the great, legendary, Alan Tudyk.
this one is really more friendly than this
.
when you have kids or surrounded by nephews and nieces. You start memorizing most of the Disney movies 😂
i did that
when i was a kid
not beacause i had a choice
it was simple the only thing on TV and we didn't have internet (good one) 20 years ago.
now i have fiber and 500 up down
