anyways it sounds like a cable or zip tie got stuck in a fan and it’s clicking

ive had a look and ive narrowed it down to what sounds like the original fans, and ive checked and its cabled are nowhere near the fans, i have them mounted so the cable goes directly into the back of the case, was thinking of contacting corsair to see if they could send a replacement fan(s)

make sure theres nothing stuck in GPU or PSU fans either

gpu fans arent running, psu fans fine aswell, i frequently clean my pc from dust and have it configured to draw air from below case, my case is on my desk

im gonna look for any visual damage or defects to all the fans including cpu by turning my pc off, then ill run 3dmark so that should ramp up the fans allowing me to identify the fan thats causing the issue. the only other possible option could be the cppu fan but i wouldnt have thought itd be that

i ran 3dmark and it ramped up once and it came from around the stock fans, i might actually unplug them both and run my pc for about 30 mins, see what happens but im now almost certain its them causing the issue

ill run it once more but set the fan speeds a bit higher
