Hello - For some reason, my mouse's (M65 RGB Ultra Wired) DPI light turns off. Normally it's light blue and turns yellow when I hold the Sniper button, but now after I click the sniper button after about 5 seconds the DPI light just shut off. The mouse functionality still works fine, but what's weird is that I uploaded my hardware lighting to my mouse and when I turn off iCue the DPI light stays on (blue) as expected.
It seems like this bug is tied to iCue and it looks like it's related to this: https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/180626-m65-ultra-dpi-light-dimming/
Curious if anyone else has tried to roll back their iCue? The forum post was back when iCue was on v 4.29 - and I'm far beyond that version now (folks in the forum thread suggested to roll back to 4.27 as the bug isn't in that version). For now, I just leave iCue off.
I've reset my mouse, clean re-installed iCue but this still persists. The only way I'm able to keep the DPI light on without it shutting off is to just close iCue and go with hardware lighting.
Currently on:
iCue v. 4.32.129
Firmware v. 1.16.41
Thanks!
So i noticed just now that the DPI selection light on my M65 Ultra no longer stays on all the time but goes off after a few seconds. It lights up when changing DPI with one of the buttons but then goes off again after a few seconds. Is this now how it is supposed to be, as in you corsair changed ...
