Teslas have coolant resi’s the electric motors generate crazy amounts of heat and they don’t have fans like traditional electric motors you’d see in a industrial setting as it’s just not feasible for optimal cooling.

I only use LQM on all BMW performance engines. Cleans the insides like new. Hell sometimes I’ll spoil my N20 and use it. Sometimes I’ll switch back and forth before 120k for 5W-30 and 0W-20 the only REAL difference you’ll notice is MPG on 5W-30 will be 2-3 less as it takes more effort from the engine to move that oil around but it’ll make everything last longer for sure. I probably wouldn’t run full time 5W-30 till atleast 100K
