i get oil pressure warning on startup that disappears after 20 seconds, and the engine is running a bit rough for the first 30 seconds

as for now, i've just avoided putting load on the engine until it runs smooth again

one nice part with the HEUI injectors is if my truck loses oil pressure, the engine stalls

since it fires them off using high pressure oil

My GLE43 uses (2) cabin filter, (1) dust filter and (2) engine air filter. Changing all the filters are easy access through the engine bay.

But the cabin filter is a pain in the e class gotta open the passenger footwell and really dig into that bitch to grab the old one and put new one in

I have both tires. the Pilot Sport all season 4 is soft tires I only got 28k miles before I had to change them out and I was pass the wear indicator. The Conti will last longer. both tires does will in dry, rain and snow. My Benz have the Pilot Sport 4 and my Audi have the Conti DSW06. My old Subi also had the DSW06.

I daily a FWD ev and live in a cold and snowy place, the main thing eating away at the range is heating inside the cabin

EVs up until now used heating elements for cabin heating, which is horribly inefficient and power hungry

New EVs come with heat pumps instead

I've also had less issues with getting stuck, cause I can generally just slowly gain grip, or if I'm going up an icy hill, I can turn off traction control and plow through without any the car shifting and losing all momentum

Whilst with my diesel manual, I have a little more clutch control, but I also have to chose between blowing up my engine in 2nd gear by going 5k rpms, or lose all torque in 3rd gear and stall the engine

The winter range thing is greatly exaggerated, EVs are literally the best choice for a simple point a to b commuter car.

it's also pretty damn great for heavy semi-trucks. I'm not saying batteries are, but you can go for an electric drivetrain with a cat diesel generator. it's just way better to do it this way, and more efficient. They already do it on heavy equipment, there is no reason not to do it for semi-trucks except maybe fear of new technology
