Ask yourself 19” give you much taller tire then 20s. Look at price on tires and rims. Rolling in the fenders turning Maybe hitting the inner fender, etc. these question you need to ask yourself. People just slap 20s on because they look cool but wait till you turn, and do Corning , go over bump , potholes, etc. but for functionality 19” is the way to go with taller tires.

Surface streets are a little tricky because they arent always in the same spot. On the freeways they typically sit in a few spots that are pretty easy to memorize

It’s useful if you drive fast usually. LiDAR accurate to 800 yards but you would have the 1000 yard warning.
The other thing you have to keep in mind is the cops or highway patrols that are pacing or driving around they use radar still on those
