if it is too far tightened and onto the collar of that bolt or possibly stripped can you pry out on the nut as you turn it, if you had a body panel tool or a very thin flat head screwdriver maybe? to keep pressure on the nut as its turning?

Update on the E55: New rear tires, mounted, 3rd brake is install, retighten (1) adjustable wheel bearing, air suspension is fixed, waiting on front bumper to be repair and then going in for state inspection for the 2nd time. Hopefully I can register the vehicle so I can drive it.
