**Description: **The newly added follower's Fire/water/earth/lightning sigil spells are considered a debuff, yet the Call of Brynhild II doesn't seem to infulence the cast rate.

I know the Brynhild isn’t a guarantee, but compared to other followers the rate is greatly decreased. Especially considered this follower only has one useable debuff spell…
