Tried even buying it for myself from an alt, the game just thinks i bought the latchstone for myself, and not for someone else

Not the paid one
I was always able to buy the paid one even after i completed the regular one
And i had the latchstone available to be bought when i was buying it for a friend

I meant that usually if i wanted to buy an archpath I always first completed the non-paid one, then bought the paid one
Without any issues
